This preconference education day encapsulates the multi-faceted aspects of transplantation patient journeys, from waiting for an organ transplant, going through the transplantation process, to living with a transplant in the longer run, with a strong emphasis on the advances and challenges faced in each phase of the care and management of this patient group.
